Skintentions offers mentorship programs, strategy calls, courses, and memberships designed to support estheticians in building confidence, elevating their craft, and growing their businesses. All content, including digital resources, calls, and course materials, is for educational and informational purposes only.
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
If you book a 1:1 session (such as The Intensive), you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session without refund.
All content, materials, templates, and resources provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Skintentions.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
While we are committed to providing intentional strategy and support, Skintentions does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in our Services.
You are solely responsible for implementing the strategies provided and for the success of your business.
Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.
We respect your privacy and expect the same in return.
Any personal or business information shared in sessions or inside The Collective is to remain confidential among participants.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skintentions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
By engaging with our Services, you release Skintentions from any claims related to your participation.
Skintentions reserves the right to remove or refuse access to any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or violates these Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
