Meet Jade Snyder
I’m Jade Snyder — esthetician, educator, and the mentor I wish I had when I was starting out.
My path, my vision, and my why — all built with intention, unapologetic authenticity, and the drive to do things differently.
I’ve been a licensed esthetician for over 5 years, specializing in Korean skincare and holistic wellness. Alongside building a thriving client practice, I’ve mentored estheticians in customizing protocols, refining pricing, and building confidence with advanced modalities and retail strategies.
Through Skintentions, I’ve combined my love for results-driven skin rituals, intentional client care, and unapologetic authenticity to create something different — a space where education and transformation go hand in hand.
Skintentions was born out of a desire to do things differently. I saw what was missing in the industry: a space where skincare wasn’t just clinical or trendy, but intentional. Where results meet rituals, where inclusivity isn’t optional, and where individuality is always honored.
It wasn’t built overnight. It was built in late nights, in conversations with clients who became family, and in the quiet moments shaped by both grief and growth. Skintentions also carries something deeply personal — it honors the memory of my best friend, who shared my earliest dreams of building something meaningful. Her legacy lives on in every treatment, every connection, and every step forward.
I don’t do fluff. I don’t do one-size-fits-all. What I do is help estheticians and clients alike grow with intention — whether that’s elevating your craft, refining your business, or building confidence in the treatment room.
Skintentions is more than a spa. More than mentorship. It’s a collective — a place to belong, grow, and transform.
When I’m not educating and I’m back in the treatment room, I gravitate toward anything corrective. Right now, my absolute favorite is the KRX Illumin Peel paired with microneedling — the results are next-level, and I love seeing that transformation for my clients.
Honestly, because I love helping people. Educating my clients has always been one of my favorite parts of being an esthetician — and getting to educate estheticians takes that impact even further. Mentorship lets me expand my reach, share what I’ve learned, and help more people grow with intention.
I live with 7 dogs, and I also foster through Pink Heart Rescue, which specializes in deaf and blind double merle dogs. Yes, it’s a full house — and no, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Plot twist — I don’t drink coffee. My go-to is an iced matcha (bonus points if it’s oat milk and lightly sweetened).
